I don't get Calvin & Hobbes

Calvin & Hobbes came at the time when cartoons like Doug, Bobby's World, and Pepper Ann came out. These cartoons have a similiar premise: kids who's imaginations come alive, while grown-ups (as well as their schoolmates) didn't see what's going on in their heads.

So what makes Calvin & Hobbes stand out from these "imaginative kids" cartoons?

Color work

This is a recent color sample of some of the work I am doing on our comic over at www.gutterflycomix.com. Lemme know what ya think. Thanks.

Now that I'm almost 6 months old...

Hey y'all! So now that my webcomic almost 6 months old, I'm interested in what people think of it. I posted earlier when I only had about 4 comics up, but now CowPunch is older and ready for review again.

I really appreciate the feedback and what better place to get it then Comixpedia. Even if you don't like it, I'd love to hear why.

ALSO...If you like it and want to link swap, email me. (my email address is portermcd@CowPunch.com)
