Here is a quick little sketch I did at the day job of Gary's character, Mike Weasel, from the comic Webcomics Character for Hire over at www.gutterflycomix.com it is more cartoony and "fleshed" out compared to Gary's style - you really should compare this with his stuff - but I like it. Drew Weing has collected all the Journal comic strips that were first published on his website and as minicomics into one book aimed at making its debut at the Small Press Expo (October 1st). The book is 128 black and white pages and also includes a number of bonus features:

30 New Strips - Not only does this book contain every strip that appeared online, there are over 30 "new" strips! These comics were painstakingly reconstructed from unfinished strips and rough sketches, and fill in some of the gaps between the original strips. And they're exclusive to this book! Okay, I'll show you one. But that's it.
