Kevin and Kell

I get nothing either. Hmm...

Your favourite Webcomics of 2005

Alright, since I don't want to come off as bitching about things without presenting a solution, here we go. I assume most of us saw this:

http://www.designmeme.com/2005/12/06/best-webcomics-of-2005/

The "Best" Webcomics of 2005, which is of course in reality, the most popular. But I suppose that's nitpicking. Your assigment is to look over your links or bookmark or whatever and find what you consider to be the best webcomic that YOU read that is NOT on that list (the Best of 2005 one).

Go with one if possible, but if you can't choose, keep your list short. Yeah, we want to spread the word, but we want the list to be relatively concise too. Don't forget to actually link it too.

I'll start off with Nothing Nice to Say by Mitch Clem. I'm actually surprised it's not on the list already, but go figure... the Internet. Anyway, it's a great punk themed comic with solid art. I'd say Clem is also one of the smartest writers in our field as well. His other project with artist Joe Dunn, the Coffee Achievers, really shows off his writing flair.

Alright, that was technically two. Sue me. Or post your own.

Hiatus extended

I'm afraid I'll have to extend my hiatus as I don't have an update ready and will be heading home for the holidays soon. There is a slight possibility that I might get one ready on tuesday, but in any case there should be an update available on the first sunday of 2006.

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year, if you're into that.

How About A Plane Full of Snakes With A Cargo of Organs Needed To Save Critcially Ill Orphans?

So I've been meaning to mention the recent Todd and Penguin storyline because it's been hella-impressive watching Dave Wright deepen his Calvin and Hobbes-like webcomic into something more moving and more bittersweet and the most recent developments promise a lot of the bitter.

Then I see Eric has snarked it and the thread took a turn for the, well, darkly humorous I guess. Read 'em both, (although I'd read TaP first).
