Who says you can't go home again?

GAAK artist Monique MacNaughton and I have started a GAAK mirror site at DrunkDuck (www.drunkduck.com/GAAK). It was on DD back in November '04 that the story of four misfit teens named Zach, Jemmy, Plato, and Chubs setting out to stop the maniacal alien leader Gakk and his posse of "Acme Instant Alien Kreatures" and foil their fiendish plot to take over the earth and meet the original cast of "Star Trek" got it's start.

Serenity Fan Webcomics

Serenity Tales is a site for fan webcomics of the movie Serenity. This is the kind of thing that a savvy promotional company would encourage to build a community/cult around a move (or television series, etc.). Of course, it only works if the object of the fan comics actually rocks itself...

HEROES!!!

What? Nobody around here has any comment about "Heroes"? Or is everyone waiting until the 2nd or 3rd episodes to do their commenting? Well, I like it. I liked how the Heroes powers are explained as the next step in human evolution (like the X-Men), as opposed to some super boy scout who crash lands on earth and decides to fight for truth, justice, etc, etc. I did like some of the Heroes stories better than others.
