im new, and i have a new webcomic


hey im new here and i have just started making a comic. it is updated weekdays and maybe some of you will like it. but feel free to tell me how bad it is also. heres the link to the first one:

Anyone use Comicpress?


I'm posting this here because the Comicpress forum doesn't seem to active, so...\

I'm using Comicpress on another site I'm working on, but even I select the option "display at full size" when uploading an image, the strips are not displayed at full size. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Comics and Public Domain Animation


Here's something that's only possible in the webcomics medium. The latest episode of Nerdcore: The Core Wars features an entire 10 minute cartoon as one of its panels. The cartoon is an old silent Felix the Cat short that has entered the public domain.

The cartoon is perfect for Nerdcore, since it uses word-balloons instead of speech, and features extensive punning.

NCWCCC Meeting and Sinister Bedfellows Photographic Exhibition


The October Meeting of the NCWCCC will be held at Padgett Station in Carborro, NC on Saturday, October 20th from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

Please stay for Sinister Bedfellows: the exhibition, an exhibit of Larry “mckenzee” Holderfield's photographic works. The reception will also be at Padgett Station on the same day from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
