Not at the Table!


Religion and comics... Yeah, I brought it up. We’re not at the dinner table so Mom can’t reach over and smack me one. Heck she can’t even reach me with a biscuit outside of holidays anymore seein’ as how I vacated the nest half a lifetime ago. So I press on. To be more specific: Christianity and comics... do we like the mix?

Webcomics - thoughts!


I've long chewed over serializing the road to god knows... as a webcomic ever since I initially conceived the idea back in late 2004 (god, it's been so long...). Webcomics have certainly come a long way, too, but I'm primarily interested in those that have a "comic book feel" to them. Not so much the strip formated ones like Goats et al. Anyway, I keep going back and forth about it and I'd love to hear thoughts on this front.

Digital Distribution, Story Of The Year?


Is digital distribution of comics going to get its breakthrough this year? Marvel confirming digital distribution and Top Cow's first Bambiesque steps on the digital ice, as well as whatever it is that DC has planned has been making headlines so far.

If you have, then I owe you an apology. No, not just for the fact that these pre-PC specimens look as if they were made from chewing gum and bits of string (which, I strongly suspect, they might well have been!) but also for the fact that the latest two pages are two days late. Personally, I blame the gofals!
