Dude. Busy Week. I mean… DUDE.

This week so far…

1) Scripted, penciled, and inked a week of comics.
2) Upped the magnet order to ensure sufficient quantities for Comic-Con
3) Finished the edits on The Teraport Wars. This included some big image edits, commentary callouts, and huge piles of work laid at Sandra’s feet.
4) Sent The Teraport Wars off for printing. This means we now have a guestimated delivery date (to OUR door, not yours) of September 30th.
5) Scripted, penciled, and inked a second week of comics.

Michael Turner: 1971-2008

[CBR] We here at Comic Book Resources are very sad to report that artist Michael Turner has died after a long battle with cancer. He was 37. Aspen Comics' Vince Hernandez told CBR News Saturday morning that Turner passed away Friday night at 10:42 Pacific Time at Santa Monica Hospital in Calfiornia. The news spread quickly at Wizard World Chicago, during what would have otherwise been a riotous night at the hotel bar, the mood suddenly turned somber with remembrances of Turner from friends and acquaintances. A minute of silence will be observed during Wizard World Chicago Saturday afternoon.

Comicon Dreams

Hilarious stress dreams last night! Although I actually found them hilarious, and not that stressful, which is good. I don't need any more stress right now. I dreamed I was in San Diego for Comicon, but my dad was there with me and I didn't have my passport. But I was already in the States, so was impressed I managed to somehow enter the country without a passport, but was now freaking out because I wasn't sure if they'd let me back into Canada. And oh the horror of staying in the States.

Templar: You can't say you weren't warned.

C'mon, you knew I'd get to this eventually, right? I mean, I was mentioning it an awful lot. Nicky Collision...
