Hitmen For Destiny

Hello, I'm new here. Check out my webcomic Hitmen For Destiny. http://www.webcomicsnation.com/thorsby/destiny/series.php?view=archive&chapter=24643 The link goes to the first strip.

Apocymon

Anyone have any idea what happened to this comic? It was called Apocymon, and it was pretty good. The content was absurd, but polished. Whoever the guy was he had a nice website and everything has just vanished into thin air.

It was about John going to Patmos and then ascending up to heaven and seeing literally everything that is written in the book af Revelation...Like I said it was damned absurd-to the point of humor.

Luckily I was able to nab some screen shots of the comic, if anyone cares to see!!!!

I think God sued him or something.

Odd messages on Comixtalk pages

A couple of times I've run into an odd message on Comixtalk pages:

"You can't request more than 20 challenges without solving them. Your previous challenges were flushed."

At the moment I'm getting it on

Comixpedia's List of 25 People Of Webcomics for 2005.

I've also had occasional messages about gaining or losing points when making or editing posts.

WEBCOMIC GROUP - anyone know how to get into a good one?

So I've been noticing that webcomics that are part of a webcomic group tend to do a little better then if they where stand alo Bringing in the readers from the other comics in the group. I was wondering if anyone has a gorup looking for an addition or any ideas of which group would be good to join or hell even starting a group.

Permalinks

I can't help wondering why more webcomics don't have permalinks for the current strip. They seem quite rare, but they strike me as filling a pretty clear need. Without them there aren't any really user-friendly ways of linking to an interesting current episode from a blog or forum, and so comics are bound to lose some potential inlinks and readers. Achewood provides them, but I can't think of any others offhand. I'm wondering if there's any technical reason they're not provided more.

New to the site, thought I would share my webcomic

Hello all, I just found the site today while cruisin the web and thought I would join and share my webcomic.

A little backgorund on it, I started the comic back in November of 2002 and have been posting new strips ever since then.

Right now they get posted about one a week due to work and family schedules, but I am working it back into a thrice weekly state that it once was.

The comic is based around my friends and I (I know, original huh?) and some made up fictional characters like a giant bunny thats missing an arm, some ninjas, a midget, and a talking veal cow.

Name that webcomic?

Hi. As you might have guessed, I'm looking for a webcomic. It was a 3 or 4 panel strip about a magical girl. She had the corresponding talking cat mentor and a nerdy sidekick, and there was this other girl I think, who was initially an enemy, but later joined the team. There was continuity, but every strip had a punchline, and the art style was cartoony (one strip had the girl and the sidekick playing Peppermint Patty and Marcie).
