It's from Feb. 2004 but still an interesting discussion of how the internets are changing the fundamentals of supply and demand and whether publishers and creators are really grappling with that in pricing their work.

The examples given in the article are all websites that first established an audience who got the content for free before switching to a pay-what-you-think-it-is-worth model. That's an promising roadmap for success.
