There is both the stand-alone ATP code at version 7.2 and a port of ATP to PostNuke (ATP becomes a module for the PostNuke CMS system). David used to be quite active in supporting ATP on his forums but it's not clear what the current status of ATP development is.
ATP is a PHP script that can be used with or without a MySQL database (much faster with MySQL). I have it running here.

I love it too. I use it for all the comics on my site. Here's an example: Bear Island Adventures. It's so easy to design the page that holds it. All of the ATP AutoSite scripts are called from special tags in a table that I slapped into the middle of the page. The top bar and buttons are all done with CSS. Style sheets are your friend.
